New Palestine Community Schools is now accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year. You must submit an Out of District application and receive approval from the Superintendent. You cannot complete any other student registration until your application is approved.

The preferred method of submission is online via our Google form. You'll need a Gmail account to upload required records. To submit a completed application online the following records must be gathered:
- Birth Certificate (All students)
- Immunization Record (All students)
- Discipline Record or Letter from current school regarding discipline (Students entering grades 1-12)
- Attendance Report (Students entering grades 1-12)
- Most Recent Grades/Unofficial Transcript (Students entering grades 1-12)
- Home Language Survey (Students entering grades 1-12)
- IEP or 504 plan (if applicable)

If you're unable to complete the application online, you may download and print the packet, gather required records, and submit the completed application via email or mail.
