We are accepting Out-of-District applications for the 2026-2027 school year. The 2026-2027 Out-of-District Transfer Application is available now. Please do not submit a 2025-2026 application for the 2026-2027 school year.

The preferred method of submission is online via our Google form. You'll need a Gmail account to upload required records. To submit a completed application online the following records must be gathered:
- Birth Certificate (All students)
- Immunization Record (All students)
- Discipline Record or Letter from current school regarding discipline (Students entering grades 1-12)
- Attendance Report (Students entering grades 1-12)
- Most Recent Grades/Unofficial Transcript (Students entering grades 1-12)
- Home Language Survey (Students entering grades 1-12)
- IEP or 504 plan (if applicable)
- Two (2) Forms of Proof of Residence that verify you live in the State of Indiana (Lease/Rental Agreement, Mortgate Statement, Real Estate Deed, Property Tax Statement, Paycheck/Paystub, Tax Return, Utility Bill, Insurance Bill, Vehicle Title/Registration, Driver's License or State Issued Photo ID Card with current address)
