Registration/Enrollment

 

Welcome to Southern Hancock! We are excited you are interested in becoming a part of our school family!

Enrollment for 24-25 has begun.

Enrollment for new families in 24-25 school year, please contact your home elementary school. If you are unsure what school your child is assigned to, please contact Amber Rush at arush@newpal.k12.in.us for assistance.

Students must be 5 years of age on or before August 1, 2024 to attend Kindergarten during the 2024-2025 school year.

Please plan to bring the following items with you to enroll your student:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Records
  • Driver's License or State Issued Photo ID Card with current address
  • Lease/Rental Agreement, Mortgage Statement, Real Estate Deed, or Property Tax Statement with current address

  • Please bring one of the following as a 3rd verifier of residency:  Paycheck/Paystub, Tax Return, Utility Bill, Insurance Statement/Bill, or Vehicle Title/Registration

Complete a pre-enrollment form

Please DO NOT use the new student enrollment link above if your child is currently enrolled in our Little Dragons Preschool or Pre-Kindergarten Program. If your child is currently enrolled in the Southern Hancock Schools or previously enrolled in our school district, please contact arush@newpal.k12.in.us for enrollment instructions.
